What to include
- The full page URL and the passage you want reviewed.
- The information you want removed or corrected, with a brief explanation.
- An email address for our reply. If you act for someone else, explain this.
If you want your name or a link to your website removed from a source reference, identifying the relevant article is sufficient for an initial report. You may also ask us not to include a name that does not currently appear on the website.
Avoid unnecessary personal documents
Please do not attach identity documents, case files, health information or unrelated personal documents to an initial content report. If identity or authority to act needs to be checked, only the information needed for that purpose will be requested.
Reviewing your request
The relevant publication and the scope of your request will be reviewed. Further clarification may be requested. The outcome and any action taken will be communicated by email; a refusal will include an explanation.
